Q: DO YOU OFFER FLEXIBLE LEASE TERMS?

A: Yes. Our standard lease term is 12 months, and we have other shorter-term options available. Let us know your needs, and we'll try our best to accommodate you! For leases as short as 30 days, check out our sister property, The Nash, located just a few blocks away.

Q: DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

A: Small dogs and cats are welcome at the Trapezium Lofts!

Q: WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

A:   Your rent includes water, sewer, trash bill-back (RUBS) and high-speed internet!
